SHIPPING AND RETURnS POLICY

 

 
 

PICK-UP

Orders can be collected from our Noble Park factory by appointment only. Once orders have been completed and are ready for pick-up, you will receive an email or phone notification. Please get in touch to organise a pickup time and bring a printed or digital copy of your pick-up notice or invoice.

Please note - the factory is not open to the public and an agreed upon time must be organised for pickup.

 
 

 
 

DELIVERY

Delivery will be calculated during the quoting process once confirmation on the delivery address has been provided. Smaller items will be either couriered or delivered by us, depending on location. Larger items are currently only available in Victoria, please see product pages.

All products are carefully packaged to avoid any shipping damage and we accept responsibility for any issues that arise. Please expect a delivery timeframe of 2-7 working days depending on location. For delivery provided by Archetype, a mutually agreeable time will be organised. Larger items may require the customer to be onsite, and products in partnership with CTS Fabrication may require a forklift or additional set of hands to unload.

 
 

 
 

STORAGE

Any order that had not been picked up from our factory (when the customer has selected the pick-up option) within 14 days from the date of notification will be charged with storage fees. Storage will be charged at $25 per cubic meter, per week, and is payable before any items can be released to the customer.

 
 

 
 

CHANGE OF MIND

Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are not customised. If the product is unused and still in original condition, a full refund is offered. If the product has been assembled or used, we can offer store credit less any damage to the returned unit. Change of mind orders must fall within 30 days of delivery/pickup for a full refund less any incurred shipping costs. Customers will be required to cover any return shipping costs, or items can be returned to our factory in person at an agreed upon time.

Change of Mind returns are not available to any customised product including, but not limited to custom size, materials, engraving or finishing.

As per Australian consumer law, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund if your goods are faulty, unsafe, do not work or appear as they should. You have the right to a repair, compensation or refund, if the services you received are not right. You still have these rights, even if the goods or services come with a warranty against defects, often called a voluntary, manufacturer’s or extended warranty.

 
 

 
 

FAULT OR DAMAGE

Any item that is damaged or faulty will be exchanged or a full refund provided. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details and a list of standard timber characteristics not considered defective.

 
 

 
 

CANCELLATION

Archetype Design requires full payment for any standard item order under $2500 and a deposit for larger or custom orders. If you cancel your order within 24hrs, it will be fully refunded.
